Order Status

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number, shipping address and order details. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have additional questions regarding your order, contact Sedia Systems by email at custserv@sediasystems.com. Please include your order number in your correspondence.

Sales Tax

Sedia Systems charges sales tax on your order, based on the laws and regulations of the state, indicated in the shipping address. States have different laws regarding taxation of merchandise, freight and handling.


Shipping is free within the continental United States. For shipping to other locations please contact custserv@sediasystems.com. Sedia Systems will attempt to ship all merchandise within six to eight weeks of purchase, unless otherwise specified. Delivery estimates are good faith estimates only. Sedia Systems will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes.


Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact our Customer Service team at custserv@sediasystems.com. Merchandise purchased from Sedia Systems JumpSeat Studio Store may be returned for a store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery only if accompanied by original receipt and in original condition and in original packaging. JumpSeat Studio Store credit is valid for 30 days from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 14 days of delivery. Claims received after 14 days of delivery will not and cannot be processed.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a minimum 25% or maximum 50% cancellation and restocking fee. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible.


Sedia Systems warrants products purchased hereunder to be substantially free from defects in materials and workmanship provided Sedia Systems receives written notice of an alleged defect within the time periods set forth above (“Returns”). Sedia Systems will, at its sole option, repair or replace product that it determines to be defective as a result of faulty material or workmanship:

  • Structural Components: 10 Years
  • Operating Mechanisms, Plastic, Wood & Electrical Components: 5 Years
  • Upholstery Components, Non-Standard Product: 1 Year
